FAQs
How far in advance should we book you?
The earlier, the better!
Popular dates are often fully booked up to two years in advance. Ideally, you should book your planner 1–2 years before your wedding. If you're getting started later — don’t worry!
I love a challenge, and with a bit of flexibility, we can still plan a beautiful wedding together.
Why do we need a wedding planner?
A wedding planner offers countless advantages and makes the planning process much less stressful.
As your planner, I:
- keep an eye on your budget,
- use my extensive vendor network to get you the best options at strong price–performance ratios,
- handle all communication and coordination with your vendors,
- oversee every detail on your wedding day so everything runs smoothly.
Most importantly:
You and your loved ones can relax and enjoy the celebration — without having to work behind the scenes.
How can we book you?
Simply contact me via the inquiry form, email, or phone! I always try to get back to you as quickly as possible.
After a personal and non-binding first meeting, I’ll prepare a tailored offer for you. Once the contract is signed, we start planning right away!
Can we bring our own ideas to the planning?
Absolutely — in fact, it’s encouraged!
This is your wedding, and it should reflect your vision and personalities completely. Your ideas, wishes, and inspirations are a key part of the process.
When do the costs for wedding planning apply?
After the free initial consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal. For full-service planning, a 50% deposit is required, as a large portion of my work extends over a long planning period.
The remaining amount is due after the wedding day. For smaller services, payment is made after signing the contract.
Do you accompany us to vendor appointments?
Absolutely — depending on your wishes!
Attending certain appointments is included in my services.
If you want support, I am happy to join you.
How does the first consultation work?
We schedule an appointment — either online or at my office.
A classic initial consultation lasts 30–45 minutes, giving us enough time to get to know each other and see if the chemistry is right.
We clarify:
- first ideas & wishes,
- rough facts about your wedding,
- and the scope of my services.
Does the first consultation cost anything?
No — the first consultation is free of charge and without any obligation.
What’s the minimum budget for hiring you?
I don’t have a fixed minimum budget, but I place great importance on quality and style. For full-service planning, the overall budget should align with your vision — especially regarding guest count and design expectations.

Would you like to schedule a personal consultation?

Would you like to schedule a personal consultation?
For a successful collaboration and smooth planning process, it’s essential that we connect well on a personal level.
A free initial meeting is the perfect opportunity for a first introduction and to clarify the most important details — completely non-binding.
We look forward to hearing from you!
